RS Dr.Light: Oh,it is. Eddie is a member of my Fliptop Series. Eddie is
an S model (s for small),used for carrying drinks and snacks,and
sometimes sandwiches. Very Ideal for picknicking. Eddie's serial number
is FT-S1. I also made other sized models besides the S model. I created 3
more models for this line. The M models (n for medium size) used for
carrying lugague and bigger objects. The L models (l for large),which
are used to carry bigger and heavier objects. And The Giant XL
models,used to carry furnature. The XL models were all bought by the
various moving companies throught the world.

What were the original personalities of the 1st 6 Robot Masters?
RS Dr.Light: Ah,the original personalities of Wily's 1 Unit. Let's
see....Cutman was supposed to be humorist with maturity and intellect.
When Wily reprogramed Cutman,he turned him into a baffoon with a fetish
for bad puns. Gutsman was supposed to be a hardworking tough guy with a
heart of silver and gold. After the reprogramming,Gutsman became a
nasty,and dull-witted,bully.
Iceman was supposed to be opinionated,but respected the opinions of
others,and nevertheless worked with others when needed. But after
Wily,Iceman was a loudmouthed egotistical jerk,who hates working with
others.
Bombman was supposed to be a funloving,but respectful guy. Who only used
his bombs for demolition only. After Wily though,he became a bombing
fiend,who shows great delight in blowing anything up. Fireman's supposed
original personality was mostly the same as his current one. Only he
talked more and was a good robot.
Finally we come to Elecman. He was supposed to have a more serious
personality,with intellegence and an awesome sense of duty. Wily made
him into a loud nut who likes to zap things. *sigh* I hate Albert for
what he's done to my robots.

I just bought some Dragon Ball music CD's and one artist that appeared a
lot. His name is Hironobu Kageyama. What's makes him so special,besides
his talent?
RS Dr.Light: Hironobu Kageyama is a very special man,indeed. He is a
very famous artist who often times worked with Toei. Besides Dragon
Ball,Kageyama also preformed Super Sentai theme songs. He can also sing
in english. What an amazing man. If any of you have a chance to listen
to him,by all means do so. He's a living legend in Japanese Music.

RS Dr.Light: I am ashamed to admit,I named him Mega Man out of spite and pettiness. As a kid I hated Superman and the irritating Anti-hero that he had become. I also hated how lame the Ultraman series was becoming (if you don't know who ultraman is,look him up please). So I wanted to give Rock a name that was superior to theirs. I chose Mega Man. Rock liked the name,so we stuck with it.

RS Dr.Light: Not human food no. They drink specialized liquid energy for "nourishment". It's the same kind that's in Eddie's energy cans. They Can drink water however,and I'm working on a new generation android that can handle human beverages. Oh,don't tell a soul about that last part.

RS Dr.Light: Yes. By Patton Inc,a military weapons manufacture. I made the plans for the Cannon with Dr.Wily many many years ago and sold them to the highest bidder,which was Patton Inc. Plasma Cannons come in many different varieties.

How do both You and Dr.Wily earn your income? Robot building isn't very cheap,no matter what Universe you live in.
RS Dr.Light: I knew we were coming to this point. I sell my ideas and blueprints to various companies who are interested. I also get commissioned by various organizations,companies,and people (good ones) to create things for them. My income is quite healthy at the moment.
Dr.Wily,on the otherhand,has had lady luck play footsie with him with her bare feet. Wily has won many many lotteries,including the Global Lottery. And he continues to win lotteries,though nowadays I think he rigs them in his favor. Yes,That's how he is able to afford his various schemes and robots.

RS Dr.Light: He was a loner and a serious hard worker,but a nice guy overall. He was my best friend. RS Dr.Light: Well According to what I have read and heard,Android 17 and Android 18 were going to both have the same voice. And the voice would sound female. This is just a rumor and it may or may not be true,only Akira Toriyama knows for sure. However,I can assure you that in all official material,Android 17 is 100% Male.

How do the Son Family pay for living expenses?
RS Dr.Light: Well,at first The Ox King was supporting them. Goku,supported his family with the prize money he won at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai Tournament. Later on,Hercule Satan Supported them for a bit,as a reward for keeping his weakness a secret. Chi-Chi then forced Goku to find work. He couldn't,so he became a vegetable farmer,selling quality veggies at a reasonable price. Goku is not too crazy about the work though,he'd rather train instead.

RS Dr.Light: There are 2 likely reasons for that 3rd eye. The first is that he achieved it through extreme meditation and mental training. He be came so enlightened,he grew a 3rd eye. The second reason is that he really is an alien and was born with said eye. Well,either that or he's a special breed of Earth human.

I was reading online about things that were cut from Super Street Fighter II and I came across the name 'Sarah'. Who was she?
RS Dr.Light: Well there are 2 explinations to this. During production of the game,there were originally supposed to be 8 new fighters,which included 2 females. However,before any of the new challengers could be part of the game,SNK bought out some of the staff. Because of this, Capcom was forced to cut 4 characters for time. One of which was a woman named Sarah.
The other explination,of course, is that Sarah was just the prototype name for Cammy.

Ah,my first Sailor Moon related question. Well Chibi-Chibi has 2 alternate origins. In the Manga (and likely the crystal anime),Chibi-Chibi was Sailor Cosmos,A Future Sailor Moon,who was sick,tired and confused of a great war being waged in her time. She ran away to the past as Chibi-Chibi to make sure the war never happens by convincing Sailor Moon to destroy the Cauldron(read the manga to find out what that is). However,after seeing Sailor Moon save everyone with love,Chibi-chibi realised that prehaps Sailor Moon not destroying the Cauldron was the correct choice. She became Cosmos once again,once she regained her self-courage.
Now in the '92 Anime,Chibi-Chibi was Sailor Galaxia's star seed,who left her body once Chaos took it over. That should explain things quite nicely.

RS Dr.Light: I like watching TV. Believe it or not,I find a viewing of Dragon Ball quite nice. I really love that series. When I told Roll that I wanted to master the Kamehameha and the Kaio-Ken,she burst out laughing. I also like to relax by listening to classical music.

Advanced Androids in your Universe look so human,how do people distinguish one from the other? Especially when they're not wearing their armor.
RS Dr.Light: It's true that All Advanced Androids in my Universe can remove their armor,but the thing that seperates them from looking too human outside of their armor is their Synthetic Skin.
The Synthetic Skin [or synthskin] looks somewhat smooth and rubbery. The faces are also doll-esque. Because of this,Androids can be creepy at first glance,but that creepy feeling subsides after a while,once the Human and Android begin to know each other.

What are the differences between Advanced Androids and Robot Masters?
RS Dr.Light: Plenty. For one,Robot Master's can't remove their armor like Advanced Androids,though they can transform their limbs into various tools and weapons. Example: Splash Woman can turn her Mermaid Tail into bare legs and bare feet,similar to how Rock and Blues can transform their armored right arms into Plasma Busters. Or like how Rush can transform into various vehicles and tools.
Other things that separates them,is that Robot Masters have lower A.I and RAM capacity and are bound by the 3 Laws. Advanced Androids have a more Human-like mind and are not Completely bound by the 3 Laws.
As you can see,Advanced Androids do not have any of the limitations that Robot Masters have.

You mentioned in a previous 'Ask RS Dr.Light',that you were a champion Robot-Battler in your youth? How many Championships did you win?
RS Dr.Light: 10. I partook in 11 tournaments and lost one. My entered robot for all 11 of those tournaments was,Rokkumon. Rokkumon was a treaded robot,equipped with a laser buster. Each robot of that era were either controlled by remote or by voice command. Independent Operating Robots were still years away.
Rokkumon was named after an Anime,I used to enjoy in my childhood. That Robot won me 10 of the 11 tournanents. Over time,Rokkumon became more than just a battle robot to me,it became my beloved pet.
At the 11th Tournament,I lost to Dr.Wily's Devil-series prototype,Zello. Zello was an amazing machine. It's was a giant mechanical Eye that formed its body out of red ooze. The eye controlled the ooze electromagnetically,the same way it's successors control their clay and mud bodies.
However,Zello was an untested creation and went beserk after destroying Rokkumon. Albert was disqualified and no one won that tournament. After that Tournament,I sunk into depression for a few weeks over the loss of Rokkumon. Thankfully,Albert convinced me to move on and from that point on,I retired from the Robot-Battle Tournament Circuit to focus on my carrer as a roboticist.

RS Dr.Light: Sailor Moon is always a favorite franchise,Roll likes that one too. I also used to watch a lot of different Robot animes,such as Astroboy and the Gundam series.

Rider Man was the leader of a fallen Robo-Biker gang; Hyena Man was created to guard the African Pridelands against poachers;Splash Man was created for Deep Sea Exploration; Wing Man was a Co-Manager of a Bird Sanctuary; Sniper Man was a Los Angeles Police Robot Master,turned Hitman for hire; Vanish Man was an Experimental British spy Robot Master;Ton Man was a Trash Crusher;and Warrior Man was a freelancer on the Robot Master Battle Circuit.
As for the 8th Uprising Robot Masters (aka the Next Generation Numbers): Ant Man was created to observe the nature of Ants,as well as to lift heavy objects; Polar Man was an Arctic Rescuer;Burning Man was an Incinerator;Gigabolt Man was used to power-up Power Plants;Terra Man is an Earth Excavator; Panda Man was COO of the Chinese National Zoo; Sunflower Woman was a Botanical Nurse; And Scythe seems to be a horror themed warrior.
Lady Vocal once worked for the Robo-Guardians as a Navigator,who had a deep seeded hatred for Humans. When the Robo-Guardians were decommissioned,Vocal founded the ASL,that's the Android Supremacy League.

RS Dr.Light: A strange question,but a fun one,nonetheless. Well one move I'd have is either the Kamehameha or a variation of it,I'd like to call,The Hikarihariha Wave.
Another move I'd have would be the Kaio-Ken...or atleast,something just like it (hikari-ken,perhaps?). And finally,The Janken Fist,I've always liked that move.
Hikari is Japanese for Light,btw.
